What to expect

We are reopening safely 12th APRIL 2021 to provide all clients with the reassurance that they need.

Our Salon looks a little different, we have put up screens at reception. We would prefer card payments, and encourage contactless where possible.

Please arrive for your appointments exactly on time, the receptionist will greet you, and your therapist will take you straight into your treatment. If there is more than one client in reception, you may have to wait. Luckily we have an extended shop front, so if you do have to wait or queue, please maintain social distancing. Please come for your appointment alone. Please have as little personal effects with you as possible. You may want to bring a magazine and a drink as we cannot provide these.

On entering the salon, a sealed N95 mask will be provided, please put this on. The mask must be kept on for the duration of your treatment. For safety reasons we will insist on a mask we provide. Please then use our hand sanitiser.

A £2 Covid surcharge will be payable on all treatments (except Facials, Lip & Chin Wax, Face Electrolysis). We are sorry to have to do this, but as you can imagine the changes we have had to implement have been, and will continue to be, expensive.

We ask our clients to be respectful of all other people in the spa and maintain the social distance of 1m. Many people will be mindful of this.

Hand sanitisers will be in each therapy room, please feel free to use these.
